Dusk contains no networking code, so it has no technical means of sending anything anywhere. That is a stronger promise than any policy, and everything below is just the detail.

Nothing. Dusk does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal data.
If you choose Automatic mode and grant location access, Dusk uses your Mac's approximate location to calculate local sunrise and sunset times. That calculation happens entirely on your device and the result never leaves it.
You can also choose "My time zone" instead. In that case Dusk asks for no location permission at all and derives sunset times from an offline table bundled inside the app.
Your chosen mode and schedule are stored on your own Mac using the standard macOS preferences system. They are not transmitted anywhere. Removing Dusk removes them.
Dusk contains no analytics, no telemetry, no advertising frameworks and no third-party SDKs.
Both can be revoked at any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security.
Because Dusk processes no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, delete or export under the GDPR or comparable law. You already have everything, because it never left your Mac.
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it, and the previous version stays available on request.
